Thank you for supporting our boutique. Every piece in our collection is personally hand-picked, quality-checked, and curated by our founder, shipped directly from South Korea to Canada.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.
1. Curated Availability
As we prioritize high-quality, small-batch curation from Seoul, our collections consist of limited In-Stock pieces and a weekly Pre-Order system.
- In-Stock Items: Shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Pre-Order Items: Subject to our weekly curation cycle.
2. Pre-Order Policy
- Order Cut-off & Confirmation: Our pre-order window closes every Sunday at 11:59 PM EST. To maintain our production timeline, orders are only confirmed and processed upon receipt of full payment.
- Wait Times: Due to the bespoke nature of Korean manufacturing and international transit, please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation for pre-order items to arrive at our Canada studio (excluding weekends and South Korean public holidays).
- Extended Delays: If your order has not arrived in Canada within 14 business days of the cut-off date, you may choose to receive a full refund or continue waiting.
- Commitment: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines. We kindly ask that you do not place a pre-order if you require immediate delivery.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Once payment is processed, we do not accept cancellations or refund requests for any reason other than the extended delays stated above.
3. Out-of-Stock Items
Inventory in South Korea moves rapidly. In the event that a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable at the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for that item.
4. Returns & Quality Assurance
Each garment undergoes a rigorous quality inspection in our studio before being packaged for local delivery.
- Measurement Errors: A human error of 1~3cm may occur in the product measurement.
- Product Colours: It may appear different from the actual colour depending on the shooting location.
- Returns: We accept returns on regular-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Final Sale: All on-sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Defective Items: For manufacturing defects, please notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund upon verification.
- Non-Returnable: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing original labels and packaging.
5. Payment Method
We accept Interac E-Transfer to our business bank account with 3% discount.
- Payment Deadline: Funds must be received by Sunday at 11:59 PM EST. Payments received after this time will be moved to the following week’s order cycle.
- Instructions: You will receive an automated email with E-Transfer instructions within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please check your junk folder or contact us if it does not arrive.
- Verification: After completing your transfer, please WhatsApp us the following details for confirmation:
- Screenshot of the transfer confirmation
- The Security Question Answer (if applicable)
- Sender’s Full Name
- Your Order Number (e.g., #1001)

Stealth Chic prioritizes a seamless experience from our studio to your door. Each piece is hand-picked, quality-checked, and shipped with care. We currently ship to Canada only.

- Please double-check your shipping address and contact information before finalizing your order. Stealth Chic is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information (such as missing apartment numbers or incorrect postal codes) provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our studio due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
- We currently DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or remote Northern territories (YT, NT, NU). If you are located in a remote area, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
- While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, Stealth Chic is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been handed to our couriers.
- Please note that unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — including severe weather, natural disasters, or postal disruptions — are not eligible for refunds.
- Orders qualifying for free shipping that include both In-Stock and Pre-Order items will be shipped together once all pieces are ready. By consolidating your delivery, we reduce environmental impact and provide a seamless fulfillment experience for your curated staples.
- Free shipping (Outside GTA) is calculated based on the final value of fulfilled items. If an item is unavailable and a refund is issued, and the remaining order total falls below the minimum requirement of order value, a standard shipping fee of $10.99 will be applied to the order.
